Millions of users create 3D models and share them through the Google 3D
Warehouse. To view these 3D models in Google Earth, download the
3D Warehouse network link.
When you open this file, you'll see house-shaped icons that indicate where
3D models are located; watch the video above to learn how to use these
icons to view models.
As you move around in Google Earth, you won’t see a screen cluttered with 3D icons.
But when you stop, the symbols for that area will be displayed. The location of single
models is indicated by a blue house-shaped symbol; a cluster of models is indicated
by a multi-colored symbol. Click on the icon to download the model from 3D Warehouse.
Zoom into a cluster icon and it explodes into individual icons.
